The coaches would like each sailor in the Championship and Intermediate Optimist fleets to fill out what were calling a "fall season sailor reflection worksheet." This document requires your sailor to consider his or her current sailing history and outline his or her future goals in the Optimist boat. There are other important sections that will require some activity: wall sit times, current number of sit-ups, etc.
Each sailor (not parent) should take some time this week to fill in each section of the survey. This weekend sailors and coaches will discuss each sailor's goals for the season and establish personal milestones throughout the next few months.
