2013-2016 RULES

The new racing rules of sailing is out for this quadrennium. There are a few important changes that have been made. LYC coaches have been going over this material with your sailors, but I have posted an article from Sailing guru, Dave Dellenbaugh, about the changes and updates in the new rules for your sailors to read as homework.
