Team,
This weekend we will be hosting around 50 USNT
sailors/coaches and will have a very active sailing center. Thank you to all of
the families who are hosting the sailors during this practice.
A few important reminders for this weekend:
-Commodores and Green Fleet practice is moved to Saturday,
March 14th 1:30pm-4:30pm.
-Arthur will be coaching Silver Fleet practice on Saturday,
March 14th from 9:30am-4:30pm.
-There will be no Silver, Green, Commodores Fleet practice
on Sunday, March 15th.
-On Sunday Coach Sharon, Arthur and I will be away for
professional development. We will be sailing the Snipe Midwinter’s Regatta in
Clearwater the 15-17th.
-On Sunday, Mr. Morley and Mr. Hill have graciously
volunteered to take LYC sailors out to watch the US National Team practice.
They will be leaving at 12pm and returning around 2pm. Please arrive at the
sailing center no later than 11:45pm. Please let me know if you are planning to
watch the practice on Sunday so we can get a head count.
Again, Sharon , Arthur and I will be away on Sunday, but
Megan will be there to facilitate.

from bags, hats, shorts, etc. Also, LYC will receive 10% commission on any

Lastly, I am pleased to announce that we have 3 new team
members joining Gold and Silver fleet. Welcome to the team Connor Boland, Sofia
Issel and Nico Issel!
